  wont refund their merchandise if their is a problem with it. i bought a purse that i really liked but it started to unravel on the sides. only had it 1 week. so i put it up until i could go back to the store and exchange. i didn't think that was wrong. even my husband noticed the purse unraveling. so when i went in the store i was told by the sales girl that they don't refund. I said "what". because never heard of that rule. then she asked me if i had the receipt i said no but you sold it to me. she remembered me but told me they don't refund unless u have a receipt. then if you have a receipt the store sends it to the manufacturer to see if they can get their money and then you either get refunded or product replaced. i talked to the store manager and she was very abrupt and abrasive. she hung up in on me and threatened to call the police. Never once did I yell at her, threaten her or use profanity. very strange and upsetting experience.
